Nothing is more important to us than the satisfaction of our customers and our goal is that every order and product meets your expectation. Should we fall short of this goal, we want to make it right if possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
Should you receive a defective or damaged card you can have the card replaced in one of two ways.
- You may take a photograph of the damage or defect to the card and email the photograph along with your name and address to email@example.com. Once the purchase is verified, Uncle Pokey will send you a replacement card at no charge.
- You may mail the damaged or defective card to us at Uncle Pokey Returns, 10020 Monroe Road, Suite 170-277, Matthews, NC. Please include your email address, name and street address in the envelope. Once the purchase is verified, Uncle Pokey will send you a replacement card at no charge.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be presented to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Cards customized by the purchaser online may not be returned unless there is a discrepancy from the final proof approved by the purchaser, or if the card was damaged in the mail. If there is a qualifying defect or damage to the card, follow the instruction in the paragraph on Damaged or Defective Items above. Your card will be replaced with a comparable standard card.
